Main entrance to the museum: Stone steps without ramp.
Entrance via lift: Yes, lift to the right of the entrance steps. NB: Due to renovation the lift is unavailable April 2 until April 14. Visitors in need of lift are welcome at the entrance Storgatan 41, map here.
Automatic doors: Yes, at lift entrance.
Folding chairs: Yes, in entrance hall.
Rest area: Yes, ask at the information desk.
Number of floors: 3.
Eating area: Yes, where you can eat food you have brought with you.
Height of information desk: Two heights (128 cm and 89 cm).
Hearing loop: Yes, in the lecture theatre.
Braille map: Yes, can be borrowed from the information desk.
Non-smoking: Smoking is only permitted in the rose garden next to the café.
Pets: Guide dogs only.
Audio guides: Yes, can be borrowed from the information desk, 40 SEK each.
