Guidelines for a safe and pleasant visit

In case of fire alarm

Gather the class and calmly proceed to the nearest exit, marked with a green and white emergency exit sign. Take attendance and wait for instructions from the museum staff.

Stay together in the exhibitions

Groups should always stay with their teacher while in the exhibitions. Divide into smaller groups when exploring the museum or participating in activities. Teachers are responsible for students throughout the entire visit.

Be considerate of other visitors

There may be many groups and visitors in the museum at the same time. Avoid running to ensure a pleasant environment for everyone.

During Swedish school holidays, after-school groups may not participate in workshops or guided tours. But there are plenty of other exciting activities to explore! Browse our website or contact bokningen@historiska.se for more information about what you can do with a group during school holidays.

Priority during guided tours

Groups who have booked a guided tour with the museum educators have priority in the exhibitions.
