How we handle cookies

The Swedish History Museum's website uses the analytics tools Google Analytics and Matomo to obtain a picture of how visitors use its website. The aim is to be able to improve the contents, navigation, and structure of the website.

We also measure traffic to historiska.se in order to be able to provide statistics for the Annual Report of the National Historical Museums, the organisation which runs and manages The Swedish History Museum.
